Starting from 2020, individual taxpayers will have the opportunity to switch to a tax regime that will allow them to pay a fixed amount of individual income tax from all controlled foreign companies in a single payment.

The law on taxation of income exceeding 5 million rubles takes effect on 01 January 2020.
